All HDX products are covered by a full manufacturers warranty, this warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer in any way.

Some HDX products may have different Warranty terms to other products due to the nature of the product’s design, manufacture or expected use.

HDX Worldwide Warranty Procedure !

Thank you for accessing HDX online warranty procedure. Please refer firstly to the Owner’s Manual to ensure that you have followed all the correct installation and operating procedures. In particular please refer to any trouble-shooting guide which may have been supplied with the product.

To make warranty claims simple with HDX, please follow these easy steps:

  1. If you wish to make a claim under warranty, please contact our Service Centres, Major Distributors & Dealers
  2. Your original proof of purchase documents are required to enable you to proceed quickly in the event of a claim.
  3. The warranty is in addition to (and does not exclude or modify in any way) any non-excludable statutory rights you may have (including under the Trade Practice Act).
  4. It would also assist HDX, to ensure that the correct repairs are effected, if you provide with the product at the time of your claim, a detailed description of the problem you are experiencing.

NB. The extended Warranty ONLY covers the spare parts,
all other costs Labour, transport etc are to be covered by the customer.
